Dr. David L. Kulbersh is the founder, Chief Executive Officer and owner of Kulbersh Health Screening services, LLC. He practiced obstetrics and gynecology in Columbia, SC for 35 years and delivered over 4,000 babies. He retired from the active practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2013 in order to devote his full attention to Kulbersh Health.

He is proud to represent the Kulbersh Health Physician Network that represents over 25 physicians who are licensed in all 50 states.

Dr. Kulbersh enjoys his collection of classic cars and travelling with Jane, his wife of 47 years.

Josh Slade is the Chief Operation Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Kulbersh Health since 2009 and has been working in healthcare for over 17 years. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s nationally recognized Darla Moore School of Business, with multiple degrees in business and finance. He takes great pride in managing the overall growth, operations, and financial responsibilities of the Kulbersh Health. One of his main priorities is to ensure the delivery of flawless service to our clients, physicians and their patients, as well as all of our partners.

Outside of his responsibilities with Kulbersh Health, Josh enjoys an avid outdoor life, while continuing to develop and maintain a self-sustaining farm and Grade A Raw Goat Dairy with his family. Providing healthy, humane, natural, local food for his community is a natural health conscious balance to the work he is doing with Kulbersh Health.

Cindy Titus is the Director of Operations for Kulbersh Health since July of 2011. She has a background in Marketing and Management and has over 30 years in the healthcare industry. She is responsible for many aspects of KHSS, including maintaining client relationships, A/R, A/P, DOH contacts/reporting and is Josh’s right hand. She is always available and pleased to help our clients, vendors, partners, and physicians deliver quality care and service.

When Cindy is not being her amazing self at Kulbersh Health, she is a master baker and cake designer and loves spending quality time with her family.

Jessica Roof is the Director of Clinical Operations and joined us in 2019. She brings with her over 15 years of graduate medical education experience and over 20 years in the healthcare industry ranging from practice management to developing systems and efficiencies to increase provider productivity. A graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Psychology, Jessica thrives in an environment where helping others is integral to her daily routine. Jessica is involved in driving all aspects of KHSS clinical operations, working with and supporting KHSS network providers, and interacts directly with our patients delivering the highest quality of service to our patients.

When not at work Jessica can usually be found chasing after her 2 precocious little boys. An avid reader, Jessica enjoys a good beach read by some of her favorite Southern authors.

Kim Ragle is the Clinical Care Manager of Kulbersh health and has 20 years of experience in the health care field ranging from hospital based nursing in the Cardiac Cath lab, medical device sales, surgical ophthalmology and working the frontlines of the Covid-19 pandemic response. Kim received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Carolina and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida. Kim is passionate about the opportunities in nursing that allow her to educate and develop relationships with patients and clients. Kim is responsible for working closely with the KHSS Clinical operations team, support to KHSS network providers, and ensure quality outcomes with all patient interactions to those we serve.

Outside of work Kim enjoys traveling, spending time with her children (and their multiple sports schedules), and watching or attending any Gamecock sporting events.

Ashley Amole is the Operations Manager for Client Services for Kulbersh Health since 2010. She has a background in sales, insurance and providing the highest level of patient care and client service. She takes enormous pride in being able to solve problems for our clients and ensure they have everything they need when needed. Ashley is responsible for trouble shooting and solving incoming client requests, provider licensing follow up, gathering necessary information for reportable items, and providing outstanding, quality service, to all our clients, partners, providers and patients.

After Ashley is done being awesome at Kulbersh Health each day, she is a HUGE South Carolina Gamecock fan and enjoys spending time with her family, including her three Huskies.
